These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bas8a platform, including the website, mobile app, and related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on bas8a, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Bas8a reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email and SMS at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration Terms

• Each person may hold only one account. If a duplicate account is found under the same individual, both accounts will be closed.

• Your registered phone number and email address must remain active and reachable.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets on someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

Account Closure at Member's Request

You can request to close your account at any time. Your current balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in full. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

• Accounts involved in fraud or dishonest activity will be closed immediately and balances forfeited.
• Registering with false identity or age details will result in the same outcome.

In the event of a dispute between bas8a and a member, the first step is to seek resolution through the support team. Complaints submitted via live chat or email will receive an initial response within 48 hours.

If an issue cannot be resolved through the support team, members may request independent third-party mediation. bas8a will always cooperate with this process. In any dispute, bas8a's own records, logs, and video footage will be considered as evidence.
